Q: How is this 'duckbill valve' installed? Is it already on the upper supply? I have to replace the flush valve cartridge anyway; should I get this replaced?

This Sloan Flushmate B-108288 Duckbill Valve (Air Inducer) (Part #129657) is installed within the Upper Supply (Part #107429).

To access this Duckbill Valve:
1. Unthread the hexagon cap on the Upper Supply.
2. Pull the duckbill off the cap that was removed.
3. Replace with the new duckbill valve and thread back onto the Upper Supply.
The Sloan Flushmate C-100500-K Replacement Cartridge Kit (Part #107428) will include this B-108288 Duckbill Valve.
