1. PROBLEM: The faucet does not function.

CAUSE: There is an adhesive packaging label over the sensor eye.
SOLUTION: Remove the adhesive label.
CAUSE: “Permanent Off” is activated.
SOLUTION: Press the button on the faucet throat one time.

2. PROBLEM: The faucet does not stop delivering water or continues to
drip after the user is no longer detected.

CAUSE: The valve is defective.
SOLUTION: Contact the Sloan Valve Company Installation Engineering Department.

3. PROBLEM: The LED indicator blinks when faucet is in use.

CAUSE: The battery is low.
SOLUTION: Replace the battery.
